Cecil is just the cutest little beagle /heeler mix pup with so much personality! He absolutely loves other dogs and would love to have a well trained dog friend to spend his days playing with and learning from. He didn’t have the best home life before we got him so basic training and teaching him manners are a work in progress. He is doing great with potty training when on a consistent routine and listens well when it’s time to go out. He will definitely need a fenced yard so he has the freedom to run and explore safely. He is a beagle mix, afterall! He loves all people and especially loves cuddle time after a fun romp around the yard or nice long walk. If you are an active family, he would love to go on adventures with you and just hang out with his people.
