Peanut Butter is back on the search for her forever family! After a year of being best friends with her fur friend Paige, things just aren’t working out between them anymore. It’s been a difficult decision for her current family, but they know that for Peanut to thrive, she needs a fresh start in a new home.

Peanut is a bundle of joy who celebrated her 1st birthday on September 27th. She’s a unique mix of cocker spaniel, lab, terrier, and husky – and she’s packed with love, fun, and affection. Peanut is housebroken, crate trained (though she’d much prefer snuggling in bed with her humans!), and will happily settle in her crate at night. She has no problem curling up on your head while you are sitting on the couch relaxing!!

Peanut LOVES people! Peanut thrives on attention and affection, and she would be a great fit for a home where she can get all the cuddles and love she craves.

She enjoys being active – whether it’s playing fetch, running zoomies, or going on adventures. A fenced yard would be ideal for her to burn off energy. Peanut is always up for a walk, hike, or any fun adventure with her people!

Peanut is very smart and well-behaved. She’s housebroken and crate trained, making her a great companion for families who have a routine in place.

She would do best in a home with older kids and as an only dog (or possibly with a well-trained male dog). Based on her history, we would recommend no female dogs in the home.
