Lucette, affectionately known as Lucy, is a 3-year-old Schnauzer weighing 13 pounds, and she’s as sweet as she is cute! This loving little girl thrives on affection and will happily follow you everywhere just to be near you—even if the vacuum is running! She adores snuggling, soft blankets, clean laundry, and especially her stuffed animal toys.

Lucy is incredibly athletic and playful—she can run fast, jump high, and explore her surroundings, but she always returns to her humans for love and attention. She’s crate-trained and willingly goes in her crate, but she also enjoys curling up on the bed or snuggling with her foster family’s other dog. Potty trained and impressively clever, Lucy even taught herself to use a doggie door in just one day by watching her furry friend!

She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and kids, though her behavior around babies is unknown. Lucy can be shy and timid around new people or situations, but she warms up quickly with a little patience and love. Her adorable little bark is rarely used, making her a quiet, well-mannered companion.

Lucy would thrive in a home with a fenced yard to explore and room to run, as well as a family who can give her lots of love, attention, and possibly a canine companion. Having been found with a “pack” of other dogs, she clearly enjoys the company of other pups and bonds closely with her family.

Whoever adopts Lucette is in for a real treat—she’s affectionate, playful, smart, and as sweet as they come.
