Smalls came into the rescue around 4-5 weeks of age. He was found in a barn with his 5 littermates. Smalls is the smallest of the group and a very sweet, calm kitten. He loves to be near and crawl in the laps of his foster moms and often just snuggles and watches his littermates play. He’ll often just stare into your eyes and look at you all sweet and lovingly. He can be playful too and will wrestle around with his siblings but then comes back for more snuggles. He’s just a sweet little lap kitty. Smalls is litterbox trained and loves playing around with cat toys and climbing the cat tree! He’s just a really happy sweet little kitten.

We love to see our kittens be adopted with a littermate if possible. Kittens love to have friends, contrary to the belief that cats are loners, they are incredibly social and thrive when they have feline friends, especially a kitten they have bonded with since birth. We always recommend adopting two kittens, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat in the home for the kitten to befriend.  Smalls and Squints would make a great duo to adopt together as they have similar temperaments and both love to sit and snuggle together. However, if it’s only possible for you to have 1 kitty, Smalls would likely do well on his own too as he’s also content just sitting and snuggling. He’ll just need lots of love and plenty of opportunities for play as well. Smalls will be available to adopt between 10/20 and 11/20. We know it’s a few weeks away but wanted to get this cute little face out there now so you don’t miss out on adopting him!
