River is nothing short of loving sometimes he loves a little much and doesn’t know anything about personal space but he’s learning!! He’s a very strong and independent dog who can be hard headed at times but he’s learning everyday. He had to adapt to life with love that’s all!  River would love a yard to run and play in, and a cozy bed to snuggle up with his humans.
